Common Questions
The things founders usually ask before we start. Anything else, just ask directly.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happily. We sign your NDA before any detailed conversation about your systems, data, or roadmap. Confidentiality is the default, not the exception — most of our work is never discussed publicly.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything we build — code, architecture, models, documentation, and the knowledge behind them — transfers to your team. No lock-in, no licensing games, no dependency on us to keep the system running.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Engagements are scoped per project, not sold in fixed packages. A focused specialist engagement can be a matter of weeks; a full platform build runs longer. We scope it together in the first conversation and you get a clear picture before committing to anything.
How big is the team?
Small and senior, by design. The people you meet in the first call are the people who build your system — no layers, no handoffs, no juniors learning on your budget. When a project needs more hands, we bring in engineers we have shipped with before.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the problem, but the pattern is consistent: we aim to have something real running in your environment within the first few weeks, then iterate toward production. You see progress continuously — never a big reveal at the end.
Which sectors do you work in?
Our work spans aviation, banking, retail, robotics, manufacturing, and energy. The domains change; the standard doesn't. If your problem involves data, models, or production AI systems, sector familiarity is the easy part — we learn yours fast.
